Raspberry Julius

1 cup Knapton's Raspberries
1 cup milk
1cup water
½ cup sugar (or to taste)
10 ice cubes

Combine and blend in blender.		 raspberry Julies

Apple Cake

4 cups Knapton's Haralson Apples
2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup nuts (optional)
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt

Mix apples, sugar, wet ingredients, and nuts. Mix in dry ingredients. Grease 9x9 in. pan Bake for 1 hour at 350ºF till cake shrinks away from pan.		 apple cake

Knaptons Fresh Raspberry Pie

2-3 pints berries
pie crust prepared as you like – Graham Cracker or regular baked pie crust

glaze:
  • 1 cup water (cold)
  • ¾ cup sugar (more if desired)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 3tbsp corn starch
-cook until thick

Layer half of raspberries (about 2 cups) in 8-10 inch pie crust. Pour on half of glaze. Then the rest of the raspberries and glaze. Good with a bit of whipped cream.

Variation – Mix ½ package (4oz) of cream cheese with ¼ cup sugar and spread on bottom of pie crust before filling.
